Whether you are a newbie or a veteran to the farmers market scene this series is for you! Each month we will be showcasing the best seasonal produce in summer-fresh recipes! Get out your pen and market shopping list because we will tell you when and where to buy all of the beautiful ingredients used in our recipes! Save your list for the following Saturday so you can hit the market running!
Together we make polenta from scratch using fresh sweet corn and topping it with a heap of sauteed hazel dell mushrooms and farm-fresh cheese followed by a light and sweet confection with berries or stone fruit; whatever the market has to offer that week!

In order to plan appropriately for each class, it is necessary to meet registration minimums. We will determine this 48 hours prior to the class start time so please don’t wait until the last minute to sign-up!
