The holiday entertaining season is almost upon us. This can be the most exciting time of the year but it can also be the most challenging time of year both physically and mentally. We are sleeping less, eating more indulgent foods and multitasking our butts off! In any given week we may have a holiday office party, a gathering at a neighbor’s house and guests staying in our own home. How can we take care of our minds and bodies while keeping up with the holiday chaos?
Try these stress-free AND stress-reducing holiday recipes! They are stress-free because they are quick to make and require few ingredients.  They are stress-reducing because they contain the healthy fats, vitamins and minerals needed to keep our bodies nourished and our brains calm!

In order to plan appropriately for each class, it is necessary to meet registration minimums.  We will determine this 48 hours prior to the class start time so please don’t wait until the last minute to sign-up!  We encourage everyone to confirm their registration and payment 7 days in advance if possible.

We love having kids in our kitchen and have kid-friendly offerings. However, out of consideration to other participants, we prefer to keep the adult classes for adults only (18 and up).
