Faith and begorrah! It’s that time of year again, time to look east toward the Emerald Isle and celebrate all things Irish This year’s menu features Steamed Mussels, bright green with fresh herbs to celebrate Spring. Also on the menu is Shepherd’s Pie with a rich ground lamb filling crowned with fluffy mashed potatoes to form a crust. For dessert, we will explore an unlikely Irish classic, Banoffee Pie, and learn a few shortcuts to putting this masterpiece on the table in no time. Learn how to prepare a classic Irish feast for the upcoming holiday.

In order to plan appropriately for each class, it is necessary to meet registration minimums. We will determine this 48 hours prior to the class start time so please don’t wait until the last minute to sign-up! We encourage everyone to confirm their registration and payment 7 days in advance if possible.
We love having kids in our kitchen and have kid-friendly offerings. However, out of consideration to other participants, we prefer to keep the adult classes for adults only (18 and up).
