Spring is in the air! It’s time to shed those heavy winter layers. It’s time to clean out those closets and pantries and most importantly it’s time to breathe in the light days of spring!
While we are at it, we might as well give our favorite winter dish a zhush for spring as well! Join us to learn how to transition that hearty winter risotto to a light and colorful spring dish with the help of “Primavera” – lightly sauteed spring vegetables!
