The best part of spring is the beginning of a new growing season and the return of the farmer’s market! Come learn new recipes using the finest early spring veggies.  Featuring asparagus, greens, radishes and baby turnips!
This class comes with a bonus. Shop with the Chef!  If you are available at 9 AM before class, join Anne Quinn Corr at the Longmont Farmer’s Market to meet the vendors and learn tips for selecting the very ingredients you’ll be using that day! 
The shopping portion of the class is optional so if you only have time to cook, join us at the Kitchen Company downtown at 10:30 AM.
