Despite the commonly spoken adage, “easy as pie”, we all know that pie isn’t always that easy. Let us show you a time saving and rustically beautiful way to make your favorite holiday pastry without the pie anxiety.
Let us introduce the Galette! What is a Galette you ask? The name is a French term for a flat free-form pastry served both sweet or savory.
Join us to learn how to make a flaky buttery crust that you can fill with anything your heart desires and serve for breakfast, lunch, dinner OR dessert!
We will start with a Make-Ahead Breakfast Galette for your holiday guests then move on to a Savory Dinner Galette that makes a complete evening meal once paired with a beautiful salad. Finally, we will wrap it up with a Salted Caramel Apple Galette served warm and alamode!

In order to plan appropriately for each class, it is necessary to meet registration minimums. We will determine this 48 hours prior to the class start time so please don’t wait until the last minute to sign-up! We encourage everyone to confirm their registration and payment 7 days in advance if possible.
We love having kids in our kitchen and have kid-friendly offerings. However, out of consideration to other participants, we prefer to keep the adult classes for adults only (18 and up).
