Born in Paris, Dion Jones- Lewin was taught the art of classic French cooking by her grand-mere, Germaine Jones. Moving to Boulder, Colorado in the 1980’s, she opened Ecole de Cuisine where she trained several hundred students in the art of French cooking. Dion has authored a series of French cookbooks derived from her grand-mere’s original recipes.
