Chiles Rellenos is a Mexican dish, consisting of poblano peppers filled with different ingredients like cheese, picadillo or even plantains. In most traditional preparations, the poblanos are covered in an egg batter, then cooked in a tomato sauce.
Learn to make authentic Chiles Rellenos from the newest member to our chef team, Ximena Castro. She studied culinary at Cordon Bleu in Mexico City and worked in the city’s upscale restaurant scene before coming to Colorado with her family.
In order to plan appropriately for each class, it is necessary to meet registration minimums. We will determine this 48 hours prior to the class start time so please don’t wait until the last minute to sign-up!
