For years it’s been known that omega-3s can help reduce high triglyceride levels and may help to protect against heart disease, however, according to the Mayo Clinic, recent studies suggest that increasing your intake of omega-3 fatty acids may also be beneficial in the treatment of mild to moderate depression.
Adding certain fatty fish to your diet will provide omega-3s naturally, but if you are not a fish fan, don’t worry, there are also plenty of plant-based sources as well.
Join us to learn simple snacks and quick evening meals that will help increase your intake of this healing fatty acid and in time, possibly help boost your mood as well!!
Omnivores, Pescatarians, Vegetarians and Vegans Welcome!!!
