Join us for our Soups, Stews and Stock Series!
Learn how to make a rich and flavorful vegetable stock! Practice simple garnishing techniques to elevate both the flavor and presentation of these soups. We will also explore vegetable and fruit (yes, fruit!) pairings to make a hearty squash stew that can be served two ways!
Menu: Creamy Fall Vegetable and Squash Soup, pureed and topped with honey Greek yogurt & homemade harissa (vegetarian) followed by a Rustic Squash Stew piled high with shredded chicken & topped with Gruyere Frico (cheese crisps)!

In order to plan appropriately for each class, it is necessary to meet registration minimums. We will determine this 48 hours prior to the class start time so please don’t wait until the last minute to sign-up!
