Moroccan food may seem complicated and exotic, but the surprising and unique flavors are a lot easier to prepare than you may think. In this class we’ll work together to make an incredible Chicken Tagine dish. And the best part? This recipe can easily be adapted for fish or vegetarian. Don’t worry, these dishes are not hot spicy – but they are very full-flavored And of course you can adjust the spices to suit your own tastes.
A tagine is a special cone-shaped clay cooking vessel that is used in Morocco. But if you don’t have one, we’ll show you how to improvise. No special tools or supplies required.
We hope you’ll join us to learn how to make an incredibly tasty tagine to share with your honey, or create a feast for friends and family. We’ll also prepare a simple, healthy side dish, and in case you really want to splurge, your handout will include a recipe for a wonderful Arabic flatbread that you can easily make at home.
