There’s nothing quite like the smell of homemade bread – well, except eating it while it’s still warm, with the fresh butter you made! And guess what? You don’t have to be a master baker, or have tons of time to make that wonderful crusty bread you thought required a PhD to make.
In this class you’ll see (and feel) the simple dough that you can literally throw together in 5 minutes before you leave in the morning, and pop in the oven when you get home in the evening. No kneading, no fuss, hot delicious bread in no time.
You’ll learn the simple things to watch for in making a successful loaf. We’ll make a yeast bread, and we’ll also touch on homemade sourdough, that we’ll cover more in depth in a later class.
Then we’ll make farm-fresh butter. Super simple, and incredibly delicious.
