Have you promised yourself you’ll eat healthier, and cook more often in the New Year? You don’t have to make drastic changes to your lifestyle in order to feed your family (or yourself) great, homemade meals. It just takes a little shift in how you approach cooking, and the right recipes.
Learn some great tips and techniques to be able to put dinner on the table with no more than 20 minutes of hands-on time. (Yes, really!) If you’re like most people, meal-planning isn’t so useful if you’re not in the mood for what you had planned. We’ll be sure you get plenty of great-tasting variety with quick and easy recipes. Together we’ll prepare 2 main dishes – a super simple and tasty dish that can be made with any type of meat or vegetables, and another with an egg base that you can easily modify to your own tastes or dietary needs.
