Do you think that sourdough or natural yeast bread is just too complicated – or that bread is the unhealthiest thing you can eat? Think again! Bread made with the natural yeast found in the air of your own kitchen is a healthy fermented food. And it doesn’t have to be complicated at all. You can keep a thriving sourdough starter in your refrigerator. No need to feed it daily. To bake bread, you only need about 5 – 7 minutes hands on. No kidding!
Not so fond of the “sour” part of sourdough? Don’t worry – we’ll show you how to tone it down for anyone’s taste.
Even if you’re gluten sensitive, many people can eat natural yeast breads with no problem. (Sorry, not for Celiacs.)
Bring a friend, your honey, both – or just treat yourself to this hands-on class. Take home simple recipes and a sourdough starter that you can use to make healthy homemade bread!
