How do I register for a class?

The best way to register for a class is on our website. You can easily reserve your spot and pay online with a credit card. If you would like to use another form of payment (including gift cards), you may register online, call, or visit our store. Note- if you are not paying online, classes must be paid for at least seven days prior to the date of the class to keep your spot. We are unable to take credit card payments over the phone.


What is your refund policy for classes?

We understand that things come up… you may cancel a class and receive a full refund with your original method of payment by contacting the store at least seven days prior to the date of the class. For cancellations made after that time, but at least 48 hours prior to class, we will issue you store credit. We are unable to refund cancellations made within 48 hours of the class.


I would like to give a class as a gift. How can I do that?

Classes can be paid for with a Kitchen Company Gift Card!

Are kids allowed to come to the class?

We love having kids in our kitchen and plan on having kid-only and family friendly offerings. However, out of consideration to other participants, we prefer to keep the adult classes for adults only.

What should I wear to class?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and footwear (non-slip soles are good). We want you to be able to move around and get hands-on. We will provide an apron for you to wear in the event things get a little messy!

Do I need to bring anything to the class?

Just yourself! We will provide handouts with recipes/tips, all equipment and food. If you would like to bring your own notebook and pen or your own knives, please feel free.
